FAQ - Your most frequently asked questions
About ordering and your customer account on www.kurebazaar.com
Can I order without creating a customer account?
Yes, you can order as a guest. Your data will not be saved.
Do I have to enter my telephone number to complete my order?
Yes, it's a mandatory piece of information that will be given to the carrier if necessary, to ensure proper delivery of your order or to discuss your order with you if necessary.
I made a mistake when entering my address. Can I change my delivery address? Or even change a product?
Write to us here quickly to let us know and we may have time to change the information.
How long does it take to ship an order?
In our general terms and conditions of sale we talk about 4 to 5 working days, but it's not unusual for an order to be prepared within 24 hours.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the day your order is placed (there are no shipments on public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). You need to take into account the preparation time and then the transport time. In metropolitan France, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 5 working days. The end-of-year periods are very busy for transport, as is Black Friday, so delivery times may be longer.
Where can I track my delivery?
You should have received an email with your tracking number. If not, you can check it in your account or ask us for it.
Then you can track it here. (https://parcelsapp.com)
Where do you ship from?
From France, of course. Our factory is in Besançon, at the foot of the Jura mountains, where one of our founders is from. There are several of us working to ensure that your orders arrive safely, and you can contact us here.
Can I make a return?
On products that have been used for hygiene reasons, no, this is not possible. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for other cases.
How can I contact you?
Via the contact form, by email or by phone.
About Kure Bazaar products
Where are your products made?
Most Kure Bazaar products are made in France, only our lipsticks are made in Italy where we have found a very good know-how on this product.
Are your products harmful?
Kure Bazaar nail polishes are bio-sourced, among the first brands on the market to have been formulated without the addition of decried raw materials such as formaldehydes or phthalates in the 2012s. We're constantly evolving our formulation, and now formulate with more than 12 Free, as green chemistry continues to evolve and enable us to achieve new technological feats.
For normal use, our nail polishes are absolutely non-toxic to your nails or your health, as certified by a toxicologist. You should also know that UV protectors are also very important in certain cases, to protect nails or colors from UV rays.
Do you test your products on animals?
We're often asked this question. Normally, we can't say "not tested on animals" everywhere, because that implies that others are... but in Europe, such tests have long been forbidden. It has been strictly forbidden to test products on animals since 2004... or to market cosmetics with sub-components tested on animals since 2009... so obviously, our products are absolutely not tested on animals. We are not sold in China.
I find that the nail varnishes don't hold well...
Here are the steps for using Kure Bazaar nail polish: the hand and nail must first be manicured (to push back cuticles and soften them) and all the steps for applying nail polish must be followed:
1. First, wash your hands so that no greasy residue remains on the nail.
2. File your nails
3. Apply a very thin layer of base (Clean or First Base, Super Base being preferable in case of treatment).
4. Next, always apply a very thin coat of color (do not try to achieve opacity with the first coat).
5. Apply the second coat of color (always thin)
6. Finish with the Kure Bazaar Top Coat of your choice (Dry Finish for rapid drying, Studio Top Coat for greater resistance over time or Final Touch for greater finesse).
Which base to choose?
Our favorite base is Clean: it smoothes out all the little ridges on the nail and makes it easier to apply all the nail polishes. It should be applied in a very thin layer. First Base is the base to use if your nails are healthy. Super Base is a Silicium treatment to fortify your nails or protect them in the event of treatments that could damage them.
Which Top Coat should I choose?
Dry Finish for rapid drying, Studio Top Coat for greater resistance over time or Final Touch for greater finesse.
Sometimes, I've seen that you're poorly rated? Why is that?
It is indeed surprising. You need to look at the conditions of the tests carried out, the different criteria and with which product. In the same way, products with the same formulation as ours come out "green" on a well-known green cosmetics application, and the same ones come out "red"... We have contacted them to ensure that the correct formulas are taken into account, but this takes time... Since 2012 we have already reformulated our nail polishes 3 times. The version currently manufactured for Kure Bazaar is up to 90% organic sourced and 12 Free.
