Delivery by Colissimo la Poste is available at an additional cost of 4 euros for Colissimos Boîte aux Lettres (contactless delivery) and 6 euros for Colissimos Signature.
Delivery within the European Union :
Shipping costs within the European Union are €15 (incl. VAT) for orders under €96 (incl. VAT).
Shipping is free for orders of €96 or more, including VAT.

Shipping and delivery times are :
1. For all orders delivered within mainland France, the www.kurebazaar.com online store will endeavour to deliver (by deliver we mean ship, hand over the order to the transport service provider) the order within 2 working days (Monday to Friday except public holidays) from the day of receipt of the order.
2. For all orders delivered to another country in the European Union, the www.kurebazaar.com online store will endeavour to deliver (by deliver we mean ship, hand over the order to the transport service provider) the order within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
3. Then add the carrier's average transport time. Usually 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for receipt of the order.
Refunds and returns
Only items purchased on the Kure Bazaar Online Boutique (https://kurebazaar.com/fr/) may be returned to Kure Bazaar for refund or exchange if and only if they have not been opened and used.
Items purchased at another physical point of sale, such as a department store, must be returned to the original point of sale.
If you have purchased the wrong Product on our website, https://kurebazaar.com/fr/ will exchange your Product for the one you intended to purchase. The returned Product must not have been opened and must be in perfect saleable condition. You are responsible for shipping and return costs.
If the use of one of our Products has caused skin irritation, you may exchange it or obtain a refund.
Products must be returned to : SAS Kure Bazaar - 10 rue Lafayette 25 000 Besançon - France after first contacting the team, either via the contact form, or via the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping costs for returning products are at the customer's expense.
If an item is damaged during transport between the Kure Bazaar online store and the place of delivery, it will be exchanged or reimbursed by the Kure Bazaar online store. The shipping costs for the return of said Products will be reimbursed if the Products sent do not conform to the Order, if the Products are damaged during transport or if they are defective.
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order in order for Kure Bazaar Online Boutique to process any refund or exchange.
Please send an e-mail to email@example.com before returning a product so that our sales staff can facilitate the procedure for you. We recommend that you keep the receipt obtained by the forwarding agent until you are sure that your package has been received by the Kure Bazaar online store. We may ask you to produce it if we do not receive your package.
We will endeavour to process your returns within 10 working days of receipt and refunds will be made to the credit card you used for payment or the PayPal account you used.
