Delivery: shipping costs

Delivery in Metropolitan France:

  • Deliveries are currently made by La Poste.

Delivery delay

Delivery times are:

The Products benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code as well as by the provisions of articles L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

In the event of non-compliance of a product sold within the meaning of these provisions, it may be returned free of charge to the seller who will replace it. Failing this, it will be proceeded in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 211-10 of the Consumer Code under the terms of which:

“If the repair and replacement of the good are impossible, the buyer can return the good and have the price refunded or keep the good and have part of the price refunded.

Refunds and Returns

Only items purchased on the Kure Bazaar Store website (www.kure bazaar/store)may be returned to SAS TNKB for refund or exchange. Items purchased from a department store must be returned to the original point of purchase.
